Hi,
After attending my first PTA meeting, the challenge at hand (in my opinion) is how to get parents involved/increase membership given the size of the school across 2 campuses. It is achievable. Perhaps information tables and a dedicated bulletin (there may be an existing one already) may be a good means to share what the PTA is about and post events and the objective/vision.
